ElevenLabs CLI

Installation

Install a release or build from source.

Package managers

npm install -g elevenlabs-web-cli
brew install --cask Microck/tap/elevenlabs

On Windows:

scoop bucket add microck https://github.com/Microck/scoop-bucket
scoop install microck/elevenlabs

On Arch Linux:

paru -S elevenlabs-web-cli-bin

npm requires Node 22+ and enabled install scripts. It downloads the matching release binary, verifies its checksum and includes Galleton. Go is not required. If install scripts were disabled, enable them and run npm rebuild -g elevenlabs-web-cli.

GitHub releases

Download the archive for your OS and architecture from Releases.

Release archives support Linux, macOS and Windows on amd64 and arm64. They include Galleton, so Go is not needed at runtime. Extract elevenlabs or elevenlabs.exe into a directory on PATH.

# Example: Linux arm64. Use linux_amd64, darwin_arm64 or darwin_amd64 as needed.
gh release download --repo Microck/elevenlabs-cli --pattern '*_linux_arm64.tar.gz' --pattern checksums.txt
sha256sum --ignore-missing --check checksums.txt
tar -xzf elevenlabs_0.1.1_linux_arm64.tar.gz
./elevenlabs --version

On macOS use shasum -a 256 ARCHIVE and compare with checksums.txt. Windows archives are ZIP files; use Get-FileHash ARCHIVE.zip -Algorithm SHA256. macOS builds are not notarized and Windows builds are not code-signed.

Source installation

Requires Go 1.25 or newer.

gh repo clone Microck/elevenlabs-cli
cd elevenlabs-cli
make install
elevenlabs --version

Go installs into GOBIN, or $(go env GOPATH)/bin by default. Add that directory to PATH. make install bundles Galleton. Plain go install ./cmd/elevenlabs builds the CLI alone and prepares the pinned engine on first authenticated use.
